Rates:

• Double rooms - £25 per night or £100 per full week
• Single Rooms – From £15 per night or £75 per full week
• Breakfast can be provided for a small charge and evening meal menu is also available

Rules:

We don’t like to use the word ‘terms’ as this is too formal but we do have certain rules that make for a happy house.

• We are a child free house, with no pets and we are non-smokers.
• We do allow smoking in the garden but would expect all guests to make sure they leave the area as they found it.
• We tolerate no verbal or physical abuse or any disruptive behaviour from anyone in the house any incident of this would result in the particular guest being asked to leave immediately, with no refund.
• Kitchen and bathroom to be left clean and tidy after use.
• Absolutely no overnight guests.
• Any visitors must have prior consent.
• We assume that by placing a booking with us, you have read the rules, understood and agree to abide by them during your stay.
• We do require the payment of the room for the duration of your stay in full at the start of your stay.
• Any meals supplied by us are to be paid for at the end of each week.
• We regret that we are unable to offer a refund should you have to leave us early.
• A standard deposit of GBP 100.00 (non-refundable) is required to confirm a booking.
• Deposits for longer term lets agreed on application and prior to booking.
• All personal items remain your sole responsibility and Gatwick Flight Crew Accommodation accept no liability for loss or damage to such property for the duration of your stay. Insurance for personal items remain your responsibility.
